* We offer plants that may be **tissue culture plantlets, seed-grown, or propagation cuttings.**

* Each listing will indicate the propagation method where possible.

* Please review the listing carefully before purchasing.

5. Growing Conditions

* Not all plants are grown in high humidity conditions. Each plant is acclimatised according to its needs.

* Plant appearance may vary naturally and may not exactly match the photos provided.

6. Shipping & Liability

* Orders are shipped via Express Post to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

* Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the buyer.

* We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses that occur in transit.

* Tracking details will be provided for every shipment.

7. Returns & Refunds

* **All sales are final.** We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations.

* If a plant arrives significantly damaged, you must provide clear photos within **48 hours** of delivery for review.

* Resolutions, if any, are offered solely at our discretion.

* Plant care and growth can vary depending on the environment provided by the buyer.

* We cannot be held responsible for the health of plants once they have been delivered.
